The price depends on the many elements, such as: the style of video, length, scope, and complexity of the animation that fall into creating the final product. Typically, our entry level videos start as low as $1K for a 60 seconds of animation.
We accept payment via PayPal gateway (which also accepts credit or debit card payments). We also accept Interac e-Transfers for payments originating within Canada.
Your budget matters to us, which is why we offer flexible payment options. Whether you’d rather pay all at once or in milestone-based installments at key stages of development, we’ll collaborate with you to find the solution that works best.
Every project that we are working on is different. However, the average time to produce a short explainer video is between 4-10 weeks. The process can be quicker or slower depending on video length, project complexity, number of revisions, and clients feedback response.
Email will be the primary channel of communication, as there will be a clear record. However, we can also arrange a telephone call if need.
Your feedback and ideas are essential to keeping the project on track. Throughout the entire video production process, we’ll share scripts, storyboards, illustrations, and video drafts with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We offer unlimited revisions at each stage. However, please note that once we reach the voiceover stage, any script changes will require a re-recording, which comes with a $150 fee.
Once we have received the final payment, the video rights are yours. We will send you the video file along with the copyrights documentation. However, we do retain the right to include your video in our portfolio and showcase it on our social channels.
